Deliveries

Available for all customers.
Courier, guaranteed by 4pm next working day.
The cutoff for booking this is 3pm on the day you place your order. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next day as if they were received on that day.
This option has tracking.
All deliveries require a signature.
Caution: Please note that orders placed past 3pm on Thursdays will still be processed on Friday but will be delivered the following Monday and Tuesday in the event of bank holidays.

All orders placed after 3pm on Friday, won't be processed until the following Monday.

Deliveries

Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.
Aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays.
Cut off for 1st class is 3pm.

If your order has not arrived within 8 working days (UK orders) and 16 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.

International Deliveries

Destination dependent:

Available for all customers.
Shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed (if available).
Within 3-5 working days in EU.
Within 5-7 working days worldwide.
Cut off for International is 3pm (UK Time).
This option has tracking (Tracking can end at the UK border depending on the country).
All deliveries require a signature.
Caution: Please do check with your countries customs regulations as some will not allow parcels containing e-liquid and devices in the country. Also please note that we are unable to send parcels tracked to PO Boxes but we can still provide proof of postage.

Security

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK.

We provide proof of posting and compensation up to £50 as standard for all shipping options.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.



Returns

We do not accept returns if:

  • An e-liquid was not for someones taste
  • Any e-liquids since these are considered consumable goods and therefore cannot be reused
  • Damaged products (this includes devices, coils and any other accessories) due to mishandling
  • Burnt coils do due incorrect priming
  • If it is outside of the warranty period (14 days)

We will accept returns if:

  • Wrong item was sent (providing the item was not opened/used, this includes e-liquids, devices and coils)
  • A device fault from the manufacturer (you have 2 day after receiving the product to report the issue immediately. If you contact us outside of this time period we will not be able to issue a refund)
  • If you have a device fault (send us video proof within the 2 day time period so we can issue a proper refund)


To return your items you will need

- The product you want to return

- Receipt or invoice

- The original packaging of each product that you want to return and all of it (spare parts, instructions for use, etc ...)
